Time Flies

“What is my problem with time huh? If you see properly, most of my blog posts are about time”

It is just like a few days back to Penang, though the truth I have been back for almost 1 month.

Good time flies, it is really true.

My holidays in Penang started with a lecture delivered to the Unit 25 members. Personally, it is more as a catch up moment for me to be updated with the current news of the society I am be with since the past 5 years.

However, a few great time before this that happened before I came back.

As soon as I finished the Chemistry exam, me and many friends went for steamboat in Yuan.

Besides that, went to Mid Valley after a long time didn’t been there, with Ming Khai to buy presents, besides meeting Tiong and Poh Chai as soon as before we are going back.

Taken before going back in KTM. Can you see anything abnormal?

Before sending Ming Khai back, I remembered Zi Hong, Chang Hwa and me went for Bah Kut Teh and also to Jusco for a movie. Pretty much a simple outing, with Chang Hwa you just don’t expect extraordinary..as in that few lines just being repeated for many times without saturation, only exaggeration =P

Wee was staying with me for the past few days in my room, got to see his “marketing life” more and I enjoy reading a few books of his besides listening to his view points and ideas.

Thanking him for the Think Big Act Small book, I managed to add in as a co-idea during the lecture with members despite I just manage to cover 3 chapters of it only.

After the lecture, I attended the Leadership Training Camp and Inter Unit Competition trainings.

A strong feeling tell me to STOP and let the younger leaders to lead but just can’t resist from returning as a dumped retired old man.

STOP SIN HUI… STOOOOOOP

I am clueless whether I am so passionate (which I will not personally say so) or because rather just want to meet members which I really love seeing their adventure in this society.

In short, Kepoh (busybody), just let it be that simple la.

Help out in the VAD Youth Interaction.

Undeniably, it can be one of the most successful events HQ had ever held ever since I join RC.

They succeeded in terms of attendance, participation, preparation as well as activities we have together.

Can you see the SMILES =) despite them being under the rain and going through all this?

Despite of the heavy rain, when I asked whether we should continue, strong voices of YES can be heard from all members.

After that event, VAD 21 (a voluntary group of RC adult members) turns into a feast-colic.

Barbeque in Renee’s house, dinner at Pauline’s house and Christmas party at John Toh’s house.

Indeed it is an exciting experience, although it can be awkward to sit together with so many adults ( I am still a young man, if you had wonder).

Luckily, Win Sern, Jennifer, Eric, and Fong Xiang who always make my day by being part of the younger community, as they sometimes can turn the conversation into a big laughter.

Besides RC, it is nice to find old-kaki of the SPM and STPM fellows too.

haha for SPM macam 1 only, Esmond! Despite of his
busy schedule for adult development, he spend his time for IUC too.

Besides, got to meet Kenneth who also join me in VYI and Radin who plan to meet in IUC training too.

Zhen Fei went with me for the Chingay Parade, besides many joining the Seoul Garden barbeque to celebrate Eu Tiong’s birthday.

Having fun bringing Eu Tiong on my bike to Zhen Fei house and spent few more hours seeing them playing PS II.

Clueless and helpless to find a way to join in, because I thought it just take extra-ordinary mind to comprehend that complicated process to play the game.

I am so lazy to think anymore, perhaps no more.

All in all, holidays can be fun but can be harmful too if spent too much on “decomposition and decaying activities”.

For me, so far so good!
