Annual T******** Camp 2010

Back few weeks ago, I drop by

After correction…

Back few weeks ago, I was like a participant in ATC, staying overnight in school and see how ATC this year was.

As usual, making that sudden visit which I hope didn’t cause much unhappiness to the seniors, we apologised.

Welcoming indirectly by the people running here and there, whistling blowing twice (symbolically meaning ‘switch station’ if it still hasn’t change), Treasure Hunt is going on.

I started to know names of new members, and forgetting them at the same time as all names sounded the same!!

The Head Section Leader, Jonathan (I am sure I spelled correctly after spelled wrongly so many times =P), followed me (or I followed him, FINE!) walking here and there.

I started to be talking…oo NO its blabbering..bla bla..10 years ago, 5 years ago, 3 years ago, 1 year ago, a few days ago…..and then I ask ‘Where you want to go now? ‘after realising I have been sitting down speaking for a couple of hours.

Truthfully, I don’t talk that much with Kenneth (the HSL before Jonathan), perhaps he knows almost all what I am going to say.

-That’s the Secretary (a member back then) sleeping in ATC 2006..

What is the black figure doing under his leg, I don’t know)-

So, I started annoyed some of them, Esmond (the Secretary particularly).

Inside my heart, I was thinking, perhaps it’s time me treating them as my friends. Many people in Unit 25 have not many friends, either because of politic backstabbing, showing off power, or so called tradition.

I have not many friends in Unit 25 too, and I really mean friends. For not many reasons, for duty sake, to be fair lorh… if not people tends to called you favourism la, nepotism la…and I just hate people zmming me…so I acting not like friends..konon..still kena ‘isssmmm’ by people…haha and for that I lose many friends in Unit 25, merely still my members…

The best thing I had was knowing the new members. And again I see light through the dark tunnel. Many are potential, in front of  me(behind, I don’t know!) I pray for the best  for them and succeed so Unit 25 will shine again..Hoorayy!!! but wait. What AGAIN??..what you mean? So now not shine?...I don’t know, you decide.

-My Group in ATC 2006, from memories to history-

Well, my time is over. So, I tried to write as casual as possible. If too serious, kena banned later. Or what I said ended up in the committee meeting agenda to stop me coming and then bising bising in the cyber world. In fact, I only wrote 2 post about Unit 25 in my blog. In real, I can write a script longer than Sejarah Melayu and surely more interesting I will potray it than Tun Sri Lanang..ops Sejarah! But but, what for??? Let them rule, we see.. Let them fall, we flee

The current HSL 09-10 with the then DHSL and Treasurer year 07-08 with the then Treasurer and Section Leader 08-09..

Who ever know its them to lead when they are just member back then?

Same goes to this picture… There are Great Leaders waiting to be nurtured and lead Unit 25 to success…

Strong and Faithful.

Sibu, land of Hornbill

At last, I manage to make that little time to recap the good times in Sibu, the land off 1Malaysia, for the peace and varied ethnic group living with peace and understanding.

4 days 3 nights trip, participated by 3 friends from Peninsular, with another 1 originated from that blissful land, welcomed by the parents, relatives and all friends there, how thankful we are, that just can’t be said by putting them into words.

We had went to many places especially the astoundingly erected temples, busy “largest” pasar malam,and..and..and.. Central market la, Song market la and Kuching market la (many markets there).

The best spot you can find in the Pasar Malam

We have walked along that hills and lakes, setting our way through by walking under the killing unmerciful hot Sun, visiting museums, galleries and exhibition centre until I can speak Sibu history more than the Historian now.

Heritage walk + Sunburn

We have tried out all the great food that is endemic and only found in Sibu, causing us to totally forget the word hungry in our mind but just over-full.

The Kong Piah, one of the many many good food

We have the great time touring here and there, cheers, laughter, fun although some people was really annoyed by my sarcastic remark, no hard feelings, all was said to trigger for the activation hormone to bring us to more places.

Tiong ‘tried’ to smile despite he was tired guiding us througout the tour

Lastly, even the last person in the world still doesn’t believe me, yet I will still say it, I am seriously falling in love with the Sibu sky. My deep affection to its blue (that is so different in Peninsular) decorated by the white snowy clouds that deserve all eyes to just stop blinking and stare at them for a while.

I will not mention about Kuching,  Sibu has make up an impressive view for the great Land of Hornbill…

Before this ended, I shall make this crystal clear, Tiong wanted so much to put either Sibu or Penang is better.

I just thought otherwise, these 2 places are just unique at their own way. How can I compare an apple with an orange?

If that comparison was ever make by me, with no intention, I just hope that Tiong will have that competition spirit to make Sibu a great time, as he had make it, or more than that.

No winners, but MEMORABLE TIME…
